About

A spa booking platform built from both ends

Most booking apps are a directory with a contact form bolted on. Book My Spa starts from the shop's own working day — its hours, its treatments, its real availability — and shows a guest exactly that.

The problem

Booking a treatment is still a phone call

And the phone call is the easy part.

Prices are not published, so you ask. Availability is not published, so you ask again. The person who could tell you is mid-massage, so you leave a message. Meanwhile the shop is losing bookings to whoever picked up first, and the receptionist is spending the afternoon reading a diary aloud.

The information a guest needs — what a place does, what it charges, and when it is free — already exists. It just lives on a whiteboard behind the desk.

What we are building

Put the shop's real day in the guest's hand

One platform, two apps, and no copy of the truth sitting somewhere in between.

Verified before listed

A spa is reviewed — owner ID, trade licence, certifications — before it can appear to a guest. Registration and verification are one flow, not an afterthought.

Availability that means something

Slots come from the shop’s own hours and seat counts, and picking one holds it. A booking journey that ends in “sorry, that’s gone” is a failure of the product, not of the guest.

Honest status, both ways

Requested is not confirmed, and neither app pretends it is. The same five states, in the same colours, on both sides of the counter.

The shop keeps its own listing

A spa sets its own treatments, prices, hours and availability. Nothing about it is second-hand, and nothing goes stale waiting on somebody else to update it.

The ecosystem

Two apps that need each other

Neither half works alone, which is the point — a listing nobody maintains goes stale, and a booking system with no guests is a diary.

Customer ecosystem

The guest side

Sign in with a phone number, find verified spas nearby, read the real service menu and reviews, hold a seat, and manage the booking after — including cancelling, rescheduling, rating the visit, reporting a problem and deleting the account outright.

  • No password and no email required to book
  • Location is optional — search and sort work without it
  • Push notifications can be turned down to nothing
Partner ecosystem

The spa side

Get a verified listing in front of the guests already searching nearby, publish your treatments and what they cost, open only the hours you actually want booked, and get a read on how the shop is doing without adding up a diary.

  • Found by the people ten minutes away, not just passers-by
  • Booked while you work, not only while somebody can answer
  • Nothing charged through the app — payment stays at the spa

Who runs Book My Spa

The platform is operated by KAYLA MAYOTECH LLP, and the apps are built by KAYLA.

No company history, team size, funding or milestone claims appear anywhere on this site, because none of them could be verified from the product itself. What is here is what the apps and the company records can actually account for.
