What it is
Booking a spa should not need three phone calls
Most spa appointments still get made by calling, waiting, and being told to try again later — with no way to see what a place charges, what it offers, or whether the time you want is free.
Book My Spa puts the shop's real availability in front of the guest. A spa publishes its treatments, its prices and the hours it is open to bookings; the customer app shows exactly that, holds a seat while a guest reviews it, and the spa confirms.

A spa submits its owner ID, trade licence and certifications with its registration, and the listing is reviewed before a guest can ever see it. Nothing unapproved appears in search, at any distance.
A slot means a seat
Choosing a time reserves that seat for six minutes while you read the summary. The grid shows what is genuinely free, what is booked, and what somebody else is mid-booking on right now.
The shop actually answers
A booking is a request until the spa accepts it, and the app never pretends otherwise — the wait is visible, and a push lands the moment it is answered either way.
Both sides on one platform
